How It Works

PURCHASING
 

Should you find yourself interested in a painting the first step is to contact me. I can send additional photos of any piece. Within a certain distance it might be possible to bring the painting to your location to view it in your space. We could discuss the details.

Donna Parsons Gallery accepts payment by money order, cashiers check, personal check and with credit card through PayPal.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY
 

Within a 30 mile radius of Warwick, Rhode Island, I will deliver your purchase. Outside that radius, your painting will be professionally wrapped, insured and shipped at no cost to you. Exceptions can be accommodated.

 

RETURNS
 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I must be notified within 4 days of receipt and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt. A painting must be in the condition it was sent, insured and wrapped in original packing. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refund of the  price minus original shipping cost will be made upon acceptance and inspection of artwork.
